Site On Site 2 was a commission by the Vegas Valley Book Festival. Five site specific messages and poetry were painted throughout the Winchester community from Boulder Highway to Industrial Road. A map was also designed to engage viewers with an artist statement and the location of each Site On Site 2 message. Messages and poetry were carefully placed throughout
Site On Site 2 partnered with Artist, Dorian Gomez, resident artist for the Erotic Heritage Museum; Scott Dickensheets, writer and editor for Las Vegas CityLife; Art Teacher, Brian Larsh and his students at Will Beckley Elementary School; Artist, Markus Tracy in partnership with Architect, Torrey Tracy; and youth from Push Forward Youth Culture.
A grant and support came from Friends of Winchester Public Art Committee, Nevada Arts Council, City of Las Vegas, and Vegas Valley Book Festival.
