Shadow Murals are silhouettes of plants and animals that are native to South Dakota’s environmental landscape. Each of the silhouette images are actual window paintings at the Milbank High School library and the cafeteria. The visual message and reflection of Shadow Murals was to address environmental preservation; conservation; environmental activism; and awareness.
