Between-The-Pulse connects health and wellness with creative and performing arts. There are four creative stations constructed between the Fit-Trail workout stations along the Walking Nature Trail in the town of Estill. Each of the four creative stations provides instruction along with posted signs of the health and wellness benefits. The titles of each station are as follows: Creative Moves, Visual Stimuli, One-On-One, and Sing-A-Tune! Two of the creative stations encourage participants to upload their dance and singing talents to Twitter at: #BetweenThePulse or the Facebook Group Page: Between-The-Pulse. Once a month, the City of Estill chooses the best upload then awards a gift certificate from a local business.
