Between-The-Pulse, a socially engaged project, connects health and wellness to the arts. A total of four creative stations constructed between the Fit-Trail workout stations along the Walking Nature Trail in Estill. Each of the four creative stations provided instructions along with an outline of health and wellness benefits. The titles are: Creative Moves, Visual Stimuli, One-On-One, and Sing-A-Tune! Two of the creative stations encourage participants to upload their dance and singling talents to Twitter at: #BetweenThePulse or the Facebook group page: Between-The-Pulse. Once a month, the City of Estill chooses the best upload and whomever wins is awarded a gift certificate from a local business.
