The theme of the Arts Alive! mural depicts a harmonious blend of color, line, and design signifying the Reed Whipple Cultural Center’s diverse visual, performing, and cultural arts programs. Adjudicated youths from Clark County Juvenile Justice Center and their probation officers helped with the painting of the Arts Alive! mural.
Funding for Arts Alive! came from the Las Vegas Arts Commission and the City of Las Vegas Office of Cultural Affairs.
